Ceramic Fiber Module is a new type of lightweight and high-performance refractory for the high temperature insulation of industrial furnaces. It has good fire resistance and insulation resistance. It can simplify and speed up the furnace construction and improve the integrity of the furnace lining.
Ceramic Fiber Module is made of high quality ceramic fiber blanket cut and stacked with cut edges exposed. The folded blanket is pre-compressed in one direction and banded. It can be divided into vacuum forming module, folded module, cut module and Pyro module.
It is lighter than light weight insulation brick and can reduce the load of the furnace. It has lower heat capacity which means less heat absorbed by the furnace in the reciprocal operation and faster heating. It has white color and regular size and can be fixed directly to the industrial furnace.
Ceramic fiber module has excellent chemical stability, thermal stability and flexibility. It is in pre-compressed state. After masonry is completed and the banding is lifted, the expansion of ceramic fiber module can make the lining seamless and compensate the shrinkage of the lining, which can improve the thermal insulation and the integrity of the furnace. The lining requires no drying and maintenance and can be used directly.
The selection of ceramic fiber module depends on many factors such as temperature, operating conditions, chemical attack and mechanical stress. Its maximum operation temperature is up to the operation environment.
It can be used for the insulation of the lining of petrochemical industry furnaces, metallurgical industry furnaces, ceramic furnaces, glass furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and other industrial furnaces.
